 (1) 5-year B.A./B.Sc. L L.B (Hons.) (Fully residential).
Eligibility: Passed 10+2 class with at least 50% marks in aggregate before 1st July of the year of admission. Those appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply. Age: Applicant must be below 20 years (Sc/ST candidates below 22 years) as on July 1. Seatws: 80, 50% seats reserved for the state of Chhattisgarh and rest of 50% seats for candidates from other states. No fee for SC/ST .Selection is made on the basis of merit I the National Entrance Test which is held during May.
(2) Postgraduate programmes include
(a) 4-year LLM/Ph.D course (Integrated Master’s and Doctoral degree and Research Programme in Law).
(b) LL.M: Eligibility: LL.B with atleast 55% marks. Students appearing for the final examination is also eligible.AdmissionLis based on marks obtained in LL.B and interview
(c) Ph.D.: Eligibility: LL.M. with atleast 55% marks from a recognized University are eligible .Admission is based on marks obtained in LL.M interview and synopsis.
(d) 3-year LLM (Contact/Continuing)Programme consisting of one-year Fellow in Law (F.L.) programme.Those who qualify are eligible for LLM by research on a subject/s approved by the Postgraduate Council
